PUT THE GLASS DOWN!!!

When you leave your office/school today. Study this small story. Hope that makes a BIG change in YOU.

A Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it.
He held it up for all to see & asked the students.
"How much do you think this glass weights?"
"50g!"...
"100g!"..."125g!"...the students answered.
"I really don't know unless I weight it." said the professor.
"But my question is: what would happen if I held up like this for a few minutes?"
"Nothing"...the students said.
"Ok. What would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?" the professor asked.
"Your arm would begin to ache." said one of the student.
"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"
"Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!"...ventured another student & all the students laughed.
"very good, but during all this, did the weight of the glass change?" asked the professor.
"no"..there answer.
"then what caused the arm ache & the muscle strees?"
The students were puzzled.
"what should i do now to come out of pain?" asked professor again.
"Put the glass down!" said one of the students.
"Exactly!" said the professor.

Life's problem are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you.
You will not be able to do anything.
It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, but even more important is to "PUT THEM DOWN" at the end of every day before you go to sleep.
That way, you are not stressed, you will wake up everyday fresh & strong and can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

So, when you leave office today, REMEMBER to "PUT THE GLASS DOWN TODAY!"

Chinese New Year - 14 February 2010

Hello, its so long already i didn't write in my blog. So now I'm back, to fill my blog with some information & thought.

Chinese New Year is come around on 14th February 2010, and another new year for Chinese Lunar calendar and another animal sign will take turn for this new year. Do you know, whose turn??? :) This new year is the year of Tiger, so anybody out there is also born in the tiger year. For your information, the year of tiger are (1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010).

Here i would like to share with all bout the prediction for the person who born in rabbit year (1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011, 2023, 2036, 2047) including myself for sure.


The Tiger Year-(2010) is an excellent year for the anyone who born in the Rabbit year. This is a very lucky year for you with every good money luck and a promotion. However, there is a star in sight bringing in unwanted romance especially when you are married. Don't allow a 3rd party to ruin your marriage.

Money & Work: If you are an employee there is a promotion, while if you are on your own employment, there is some kind recognition, fame & wealth. However, you are advised to be humble & watch your words carefully.

Health: You will be in the pink of a good health.

Nescafe Biscuit

Bangun ja pagi tadi, tiba2 datang pula semangat rajin mau bake biscuit. So saya ambillah buku resepi dan pilih mana2 satu biscuit yang berkenan dan resipi yang senang. Huhuhu.. Belum pro lagi ba bake biscuit so knalah cari biscuit yang resipinya difahami dan mudah d buat, itulah mau ikut buku resipi lagi. Lepas tu saya pilih la Biskut Nescafe dan pergilah Kedai HupHuat di Durian Tunjung tu beli bahan2 yang d perlukan. Sampai ja rumah balik, terus bake biscuit. Mula2 xda jadi, sebabnya terlebih mentega dan kurang tepung & gula. hehehe. Lpas tambah apa yang patut barulah menjadi. (tapi da juga la hangus2 masa 1st trip bake) :P Nevermind la kan, 1st try buat biscuit. So cni sa mau share2 la tu bahan2 and cara buatnya mnatau ada yang berminat. :)

Bahan-Bahan:
200gm mentega
150gm tepung gandum
50gm tepung jagung
50gm gula halus
1 sudu makan Nescafe

Cara Membuatnya:
1. Pukul mentega dengan gula sehingga kembang.
2. Kemudian masukkan Nescafe dan pukul lagi. Masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung jagung. Pukul hingga sebati dan lembut.
3. Terapkan adunan mengikut bentuk yang disukai. Hias ikut cita rasa.
4. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 160celcius dan alaskan dulang pembakar dengan kertas minyak.
5. Bakar dalam ketuhar selama 20-25 minit atau hingga masak.
